Yesterday I went on a wonderfully unique wine-tasting at Waterford Estate..a wine safari. You explore the vineyards in a safari viewing Land Rover and get to stop off along the way and taste some of their wines. It was the perfect Autumn day and so I took plenty of pics but have narrowed them down to these. I highly recommend this experience as it was a very informative and interesting way to learn about wines.

We were handed a glass of bubbly then lead through the cellar and the "Wine Cathedral", my kind of church ;)
Then got into the Land Rover and set off for our safari...

We then headed back to enjoy an absolutely divine wine and chocolate pairing.
